How it works

1. Order online. Give us the details once: the agency, date, location, case number, and the people involved. Upload a signed authorization if the records are about you.
2. Review & payment. We confirm the tier and send a secure payment link. If your request is complex, we'll say so before we file.
3. Drafting & filing. We write a precise request that cites CORA (C.R.S. 24-72-201 et seq.) or the CCJRA (C.R.S. 24-72-301 et seq.) and file it the way the agency requires.
4. Agency fees. If the agency sends a fee estimate, we pass it to you at cost. Nothing is paid without your approval.
5. Follow-up. We track the response window and send one follow-up if needed.
6. Delivery. We securely deliver whatever the agency releases. If records are denied, we tell you the agency's stated reason. A formal appeal is a separate Complex request.
